Trainers who deliver Conflict Management training for qualifications for SIA Licensing will be required to hold an SIA endorsed and QCA accredited qualification in the delivery of scenario based Conflict Management.

This is the first training I have had in four years, It refreshed some knowledge and learned new stuff. It was really enjoyable. I've now got two certificates and want to do some more.
