This qualification is designed for community wardens, neighbourhood wardens and street wardens and will allow the candidate to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to do the job.

Areas covered in this qualification include supporting community needs; developing customer relationships and receiving and providing information within the community.

The NVQ's are designed to be assessed in the workplace.

I didn't think this course would be of any use to me but I couldn't believe how much more there is to conflict management than trying to be calm during an argument. It's certainly opened my eyes.
